Abstract

The dominance of the financial sector has regained control of the global economy with new strategies, methods and agents as well as of national spaces and of course of economic sectors and the living conditions of the citizens of those national spaces. Process to which local governments have contributed actively or passively and through measures that in principle would seem, only in discourse, to be for the benefit of society as a whole, when in reality the mechanisms of all-embracing power that the financial capital.
