Abstract

More than two years since the first episode of the financial crisis that convulsed the largest sources of credit in the financial markets, as in a movie at full speed, we have seen bankruptcies, nationalizations, government funds for rescues unthinkable even in times of war. Simultaneously, economic activity fell as if suddenly falling into abysses, appearing figures of economic contraction not seen in decades.
