Acta Sociológica remains committed to analytical and thematic pluralism that allows us to delve into a polyphony of perspectives, all connected to the issues of our time—a time shaped, against all odds, by research communities; and which is, in essence, a time of change marked by provisional conclusions. In practice, a miscellaneous issue is a great resource for achieving this, and the articles in this issue demonstrate this.
