Abstract

We found here the reconnaissance and the characterization of the new social actors and the social space where they project their discrepancy with the State. The paper remarks the collective subject’s emergency, organization, identity; constitution and projective forms are multiple and various. In this sense the author notes the new social actors emerge from the line of "the excluded", out of institutional systemic structures, and emerge at crisis situations and brutal repression, particularly. As "excluded", among other characteristic, is the "difference", at the moment they recognize it and constitute their identity and begin the struggle for their own space with their own representations; they integrated on a multiclass way, through an ideological diversity; the new social subjects have renounced the leadership as part of their conception of self-representation; they set up collective decisive systems and self-management capacity.
