There are no specific and to clear relations between both concepts, although the close relation between them. The conceptions include issues that go from one extreme to another since the NGOs are central subjects going to the sustainability, respect on successful integration of ecological problems and a fair relation North-south until the extreme that simplify the NGOs action, converting them in an ideological "bottom music" of the capitalist restructuring process on a world level.
