Abstract

The function of the nervous system is to support the homeostasis of an organism, generating a great and complex digest of answers to the stimuli. The attention, the memory and the motivation are essential to generate this answer, nevertheless in the human beings these functions are modified to a great extent by the language. This one is the key of the man, extracts it of the original unit with the nature and turns it into human being into the relation with other one that gives him in the language. It is necessary to understand the royal importance of the language beyond the significance of the symbol. Other important factors in the functional regulation of an organism they are the emotions, are these who allow us to regulate the possibility of answers opposite to a stimulus. Both the emotions and the language are functionally necessary for ours to coexist as human beings.
