Abstract

This article tells, in an intimate and colloquial way, the context in which two friends and academic partners, organize a working team to write a book. The objective of the book is to heal and restore hope, sensibility and a good mood. Is useful, or tries to be, in the sense of give examples of the life process of academics. Could be of special interest for those who are concern by the aging of our professors, which characterizes the Mexican public university. It contributes with ideas about how to take care of our health, including remaining young. It also propose paths to link the fragments in which our university has been broken, and be more aware of the importance to be connected between us, forming a community, in the frame of a wholeness, best represented by the cosmos.
