Abstract

As teachers we have an everyday perception that institutional, curricular and social demands are geared towards the requirement for a greater effort in the development of our educational work, without considering that we are complex elements immersed in a hegemonic multiculturalism which lacks respect for human spirituality decree imposing on social values in a dehumanized way. This attitude is caused by a blindness of knowledge, devoid of ethics and is aimed to die-cast punching of teachers towards the future.
