For this reason, the unam has particularly emphasized ensuring access to virtual classrooms in order to continue to ensure equality and access to education to the student community. This problem left bare the need for distance education, in which to weigh out this work is essential to know technological resources and materials that have both students and teachers. This paper focuses primarily on students, doing research questions such as: Through what electronic device do you perform your tasks? Do you have Internet at home? What materials do they use to perform asynchronous and synchronous activities established by teachers? What are your study skills?
