Abstract

The present manuscript reports the creation and implementation of a didactic resource composed of video-chapters in which the elements of personal protection and basic safety rules, handling and washing of laboratory material and the fundamental experimental operations carried out in a laboratory of Chemistry, such as the preparation of a solution, the dilution of solutions and the titration, are presented. This audiovisual resource, designed and produced by university professors of introductory Chemistry courses and by specialists in visual communication, provides information in a user-friendly environment that is accessible through mobile devices. The objective of this  resource is to provide students with a complementary learning tool to practical laboratory work. In this context, it is expected that this material promotes autonomy and becomes a reference tool for its users.
