Editorial Responsibility:
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the entire content of the journal, including special issues, ensuring that they align with the journal’s thematic scope.

Supervision and Review:
Articles published in special issues undergo the same editorial oversight as regular articles, including an external peer review process.

Guest Editors’ Credentials:
Guest editors’ credentials are verified and approved. The Editor-in-Chief or designated editorial board members oversee their work to maintain quality standards.

Independent Review Process:
Articles submitted to a special issue by guest editors are handled through an independent review process.
